I believe that there is a benefit or opportunity for learning and growth in every situation. This is also true when we have dis-ease. Healing means becoming whole. This means taking into account all aspects of ourselves (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) as well as the other beings of the Earth, for our existence is intimately entwined.
We learn, little by little, to acknowledge and honor all these facets of ourselves and receive their wisdom. We learn to attune ourselves to the greater Hearts of Nature and the Divine Mystery, thus coming into true harmony and wholeness.
I work with herbal remedies, flower essences, awareness exercises, lifestyle adjustments, plant spirit medicine and referral to other practitioners as appropriate to encourage healing.
